DroidClean User Agreement

Welcome to DroidClean (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using the App, please carefully read the following User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). These Agreement are designed to clarify the rights and obligations between you and us, ensuring that you understand the relevant rules when using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with all the contents of these Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.

1. App Overview

DroidClean is a cleaning utility app designed for Android devices, aiming to help users optimize device performance and protect privacy and security. The App provides the following main features:

• Junk Cleanup: Clears cache files, residual files, and other unnecessary data to free up storage space.
• Virus Scan: Detects and removes malware, viruses, and other security threats on the device.
• Photo Cleanup: Helps users manage and delete duplicate or blurry photos to optimize photo storage.
• File Management: Provides file categorization, deletion, and movement functions for easy file management on the device.
• App Management: Uninstalls unnecessary apps and manages permissions of installed apps.
• Notification Cleanup: Clears redundant notifications from the notification bar to keep the interface tidy.
• WiFi Security: Detects the security of the currently connected WiFi network to prevent privacy leaks.

2. Permission Description

To ensure the proper functioning of the App's features, you need to grant the following permissions:

• All Files Access: Used to scan, clean, and manage files on the device.
• Location Permission: Used for WiFi security detection to ensure network connection safety.
• App Installation List: Used for app management to help you uninstall or manage installed apps.
• Foreground Service: Used to run virus scanning, cleanup, and other tasks in the background to ensure device security.

We promise that the App will only use these permissions when necessary and will not misuse your personal information. You can disable these permissions in your device settings at any time, but some features may not function properly as a result.

3. Advertising and Privacy

The App contains advertisements provided by the following third-party ad SDKs:

• AppLovin
• Admob
• Facebook
• Pangle
• Vunglen
• MTG

These ad SDKs may collect your device information (such as device model, operating system version, etc.) and usage data (such as the frequency of clicking on ads) to provide you with more relevant ad content. We will not provide advertisers with your personally identifiable information.

You can remove ads by purchasing the paid version or subscribing to the App's services.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Legal Use: You shall not use the App for any illegal purposes or engage in any activities that violate local laws and regulations.
• Device Security: You shall ensure the security of your device to avoid data loss or device damage caused by malware or improper operations.
• Data Backup: Before using cleanup features, it is recommended that you back up important data to prevent accidental loss due to misuse.
• Prohibition of Abuse: You shall not reverse engineer, tamper with, copy, or distribute the App.

5. Disclaimer

• Feature Limitations: The App's features depend on the device's hardware and software environment. Some features may vary depending on the device model or system version.
• Data Loss: Although we strive to ensure data security, there is still a risk of data loss when using cleanup features. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the App.
• Third-Party Content: Advertisements in the App are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or security.
• Network Risks: The WiFi security detection feature only provides reference suggestions and cannot fully guarantee network security. You shall bear the risks of using public WiFi networks.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. If you violate these Agreement, we have the right to immediately terminate your right to use the App.

7. Agreement Updates

We may update these Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features or legal regulations. The updated Agreement will be posted on this page and will take effect when you continue to use the App. We recommend that you regularly review these Agreement to stay informed of the latest updates.
